Nathan Ridnouer

As President of the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA), I am thrilled to lead this mission-driven organization dedicated to advancing the flexographic and broader package printing industry through innovation, education, and collaboration. With 25+ years of experience managing and leading core trade association teams at some of the nation’s top organizations—including the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), both of which host two of the largest U.S. trade shows—I bring a deep understanding of industry growth, operational excellence, and member engagement. I am passionate about driving FTA’s growth by increasing member value, modernizing and automating internal systems, and developing professionals into high-achieving, well-rounded leaders. Currently based in California but Florida-bound in the next year, I’m fortunate to share life with a loving wife, two just-barely-adult children, and one very opinionated dachshund named Hurley.
