Carrie Aaron is the General Manager at Hub Labels, leading daily operations with a focus on execution, team development, and accountability. With over 20 years in Human Resources, she previously served as HR Director at Hub, fostering a culture of engagement and growth. Carrie holds a Master’s from Mount Saint Mary’s University, a Bachelor’s from High Point University, and a HR certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. Her leadership aligns with Hub’s people-first values, emphasizing innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence. Outside of work, Carrie’s top priority is her family. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and children, often on the sidelines of a court or field, cheering them on in the sports they love.
